The enrollment should be completed by an authorized agency representative or other individual authorized to initiate the service, approve payment or coordinate procurement.

Recruit AI is provided on a month to month subscription.
Initial launch charges are nonrefundable once implementation work begins.
Recruit AI does not replace your agency application, applicant tracking system or hiring authority.
Agencies should provide only approved recruiting information for Recruit AI configuration.
Agency personnel remain responsible for all official applicant and hiring decisions.
