GovSource works with law enforcement agencies to support recruiting and transition pipelines for military service members.

Q1: Do participants get paid?

A: Yes. Service members continue to receive their military pay and benefits during participation.

A: Programs may last up to 180 days and are structured based on transition timelines.

A: No. The program is designed to prepare participants for employment opportunities, but hiring decisions are made by individual agencies.

A: Yes. Participation must be approved through your chain of command.
